Returns & Exchange

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed and unstitched (for unstitched fabric), with original tags and packaging.
• Sale items, customised orders and dupattas sold separately can't be exchanged unless they're faulty.
• If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll replace it free of charge.
• Refunds are issued only for faulty or incorrect items, to your bank account or as store credit.
